친절한 직원들, 사파 광장과의 접근성 등 가격 대비 좋은 호텔입니다. 무료로 룸 업그레이드를 해준 것과, 체크아웃 후 짐 보관 서비스를 해주어서 감사했어요. 시설은 약간 노후되었지만 관리를 잘해서 깔끔했고 창밖으로 보이는 뷰도 좋았습니다. 다만, 방음이 안되어서 잠을 이루지 못해 아쉽네요. 행복한 사파 여행이었습니다!

The location is perfect, close to Suns Plaza, which made exploring the area so convenient. Furthermore, many restaurants nearby the hotel. The view of the hotel is excellent, the room is big and tidy. The staffs of this hotel is nice and helpful. It was a good experience to stayed in this hotel.

非常漂亮的酒店 曾經的維多利亞酒店 有度假感。很有當地山地少數民族風情 工作人員熱情友好 酒店早餐豐盛。是sapa最好酒店之一

做了過夜大巴，所以一早就到了酒店，之前申請了提早入住。到達酒店後被通知需要另收費，這也能理解。但之後被要求衹能用現金付款，且沒有給到任何收費憑證，或簽署入住確認，感覺非常隨意不正規。不過酒店位置很棒，下個台階就能到主幹道。

The stay was perfect! The hotel is very pleasant, with extremely kind and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices – from Asian to European breakfast – all fresh and abundant. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The only small downside was that the gym was rather small and the pool was not heated (it’s only heated in winter), but this did not affect the overall quality of the stay. The location is also excellent. Highly recommended!

La struttura è molto bella e curata. Si trova nel centro di Sapa. La stanza era molto pulita. Il personale è sempre disponibile, gentile ed efficiente nell'esaudire ogni richiesta. Ci è stato fatto un check-in anticipato avendolo richiesto solo la mattina stessa. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito del servizio di lavanderia e i capi ci sono stati restituiti lavati e stirati in metà giornata. Ci hanno custodito i bagagli in hotel per due giorni mentre facevamo un trekking e fatto utilizzare i servizi al nostro ritorno. Veramente consigliato!

Удобное расположение. Быстрый спуск в центр прямо к площади. 7 минут до станции на Фансипан. Удобные номера, особенно с балконом и видом на горы. Хорошие завтраки.
